Why unable to add a new "Assignment" in Manage Payables Document Sequences? (Doc ID 2827808.1)

Goal

During the setup of Manage Payables Document Sequences, once adding the "Assignment" for a particular document category- then click Save > Save and Close - the new Assignment is not being saved and no error message is triggered.
