On : 11.13.21.07.0 version, UK - United Kingdom Legislation

When attempting to run Full Payment Submission for the 30 Tax Reporting Unit,
the following error occurs.

1. My client groups > More actions > Submit Flow
2. Submit Run Full Payment Submission for Tax Year Ending
3. Observe errors
