Symptoms
Use case with issue in which duplicated messages are displayed:
- Open a browser window (first tab), and start the chat.
- Then, open another browser tab. (do not open the initial chat window).
- Now, continue chatting in the first window tab and you will notice multiple chatbot responses posted in that same open window.
