Enhancement To Enforce The Friendly URLs Prefix (Doc ID 2828002.1)

Goal

Currently the OCM UI > Administration > Content > Asset Types > [assettype] Edit screen > "Friendly URL" tab > "Allow forward slash" option does not enforce the use of this prefix.
For example:
- the prefix is only added when new assets of that contenttype are created
- after the prefix is added, users can still remove the prefix or change the prefix in the friendly url slug field

Is there a way to make this option to enforce the prefix so that users can specify any value for the friendly url but the prefix is maintained?
