Symptoms

Issue :

FTE not calculated correctly when standard working hours are defined as Yearly.

An Error raises during Hiring .

Error :  "PER-1531659 You can't select this position because it doesn't have enough vacant FTE"

Steps :

1. Position Incumbent Validation should be enabled at the Enterprise level. Standard Working Hours at Enterprise = 40 Weekly

2. Standard Working Hours at Legal Employer = 40 Weekly .
Position Sync should be enabled at the Legal Employer and FTE & Working Hours should be marked to be synced.

3. Create a Pooled Position with FTE as 1 , Head as 2, Overlap Allowed as No,
Standard Working Hours as 100 Yearly and no working hours should be defined.

4. Hire an Employee in the above Legal Employer (Working Hours and Standard Working Hours would be 40 Weekly initially and FTE = 1)
Now, populate the above created Position.
(Working Hours will be 40 Weekly and Standard Working Hours would be 100 Yearly and FTE = 20.6399999587)

5. Now, change the Working Hours to 50 Yearly
Calculated FTE will show the value as 25.7999999484 for a moment and then it will show the value as 0.5

6. When we click on Continue it throws the above even when only half FTE is being used.
