Fusion Global HR: Unable To Enter Emergency Contact Details In Contacts Tab (Doc ID 2828127.1)

End user entered the emergency contact details under contact tab but details are greyed out.
User and emergency contact person are both working in same organization hence, as per the set up designed, emergency contact person will receive a notification to approve/reject. In this case emergency contact person has not received any notification and at same time user is not able to enter contact person details once again. The transaction in BI table is pending and cannot be withdrawn/deleted.
