ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When the user is making a Transfer for any employee and Save that transaction for later use and then tries to Resume the Transaction using bell icon notification, a blank window appears after clicking on link of Resume Transaction.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
User should be able to resume the transaction
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Transfer
2. Add the details- save
3. From notification- Resume the transaction
