Symptoms
When attempting to perform a back-dated retirement on member asset
the following error occurs.
"The retirement date must be within the current open period"
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
In Assets
1. Tasks>Retire Asset
2. Find a Member Retirement and Set Retirement date to back-dated date
3. Error spawns in form
