Cannot update From date placed in service on default rules for asset categories.


The date ranges can't overlap. (FA-645380)

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Setup and Maintenance
2. Search Manage Asset Categories
3. Search Category/Book
4. Click Default Rules
5. Add New Row with backdate (01/01/90) "From date placed in service"
