When the user's Preferences > Email Subscription, for Workflow Business Processes 'Overdue personal tasks' setting is enabled/checked and Task Duration is enabled in the Business Process (BP) workflow schema for any given step:
When the Due Date for the Task has passed the user should receive a system generated e-mail notification informing them of the Overdue personal task.
The users never received the e-mail notification for Overdue personal tasks.
It should be noted that the user receives other system-generated e-mail notifications.
