When attempting to manually initiate background check the following error occurs.

ERROR

IRC-IRC_SCREENING_NOT_INITIATED (IRC--1) Details: IRC-IRC_SCREENING_NOT_INITIATED Cause: The message, IRC-IRC_SCREENING_NOT_INITIATED, can not be accessed. Action: Report this problem to an administrator.
