EPM Cloud: Unable to Save the Ad-Hoc Grid in Browser Which Language is Japanese

Symptoms
When user save ad hoc grid in browser which language is Japanese, they get the error message "フォルダLibraryは存在しないか、名前が変更されました。" in Japanese (translated "The folder Library does not exist or has been renamed") and fail to save the ad hoc grid.
- Set browser language to Japanese.
- Sign in to PBCS.
- Navigate > Data > Create > Ad Hoc Grid
- Select the Cube > Click "Save Grid Definition"
- Click OK
-> Error occurs.
Error message in Japanese is;「フォルダLibraryは存在しないか、名前が変更されました。」
(Translated "The folder Library does not exist or has been renamed")
