Is it possible to apply Item Templates or update multiple item attributes with one item rule ?

In the Item Rules functionality, each item attribute is updated with a single rule.
Is it possible to either be able to apply a template to an item, or update many attributes with a rule.

For example:
First Rule: IF ORGANIZATION_CODE == 'ORG1' AND ITEM_TYPE IN ('ASSEBMLY','FINISHED_GOOD')
Second Rule; IF MAKE_OR_BUY == 'BUY' THEN
Assign Default buyer == JOHN SMITH; Processing lead time = 5
  IF MAKE_OR_BUY == 'MAKE' THEN
Processing lead time = 12' Fix Lead time = 10; PLanning method = MRP
