On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Global Human Resources

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
If  an HR user adds an Individual Compensation plan via Administer Compensation, employee is unable to see the compensation plan in their employee self service page

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The compensation plan should be visible for employee in their Compensation page if plan is added via Administer Compensation task.
