Shipment Is Being Assigned to the Capacity Usage Not Matching the Shipment Start Date (Doc ID 2829170.1)

Symptoms

Carrier Capacity is configured with limits for each day. If multiple Order Releases are being planned where this Carrier Capacity is limiting, the shipments are being planned with dates that exceed capacity. It is seen that the Capacity Usage being assigned to these shipments do not match the Shipment Dates (which is what is allowing the shipment to plan).
