No Search Option And Limited Fields For Help Desk User (Doc ID 2829330.1)

For the Help Desk User, there is no search option, no filter option, no sorting option and no option to select additional columns e.g. can't see Asset number, category, status etc

On the the View My Request page, it doesn't show the actual status of the internal service request. e.g. actual ISR status is either Waiting or any other custom non-resolved status but this page displays "Open" status.
