Mass Asset Retirement In Error Status After Running Post Mass Retirement (Doc ID 2829756.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to Post Mass Retirements,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
FA_RETIREMENT_PUB.do_validation
ORA-01403: no data found
Asset number ##### failed.


STEPS:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
In Assets
1. Create Mass Retirements
2. Attempt to Post Mass Retirement and see error in log
