Fusion Global HR: Not Able To View Some Workers From The Front End (Doc ID 2829794.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
There are some workers which were loaded using hdl but when trying to search them in people management they are not appearing.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Should be able to view all the workers.

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run hdl to upload the workers
2. My client groups
3. People management> Search for the worker> Person is not appearing.
