Unallocated Movement Request After Running the Movement Request Pick Slip Report (Doc ID 2829801.1)

Symptoms

On Fusion Inventory Management : 11.13.21.10.0
When attempting to run the Print Movement Request Pick Slip Report for Movement Requests created from Min-Max Planning, the following issue occurs.

-- Issue
When running the report with the Release Approved Lines parameter set to Yes, the Movement Requests are still unallocated.

-- Expected Behaviour
The customer expects that when running the Print Movement Request Pick Slip Report with the Release Approved Lines parameter set to Yes, that pick slips will be generated for these movement requests.

 -- Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps.
1. Scheduled Processes
2. Schedule New Process -> Run the Min-Max Planning Report
3. Schedule New Process -> Run the Print Movement Request Pick Slip Report with the Release Approved Lines parameter set to Yes
4. Observe that the movement requests are still unallocated
