ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

PO exchange rate not picked up via induction

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
PO exchange rate should be picked up via induction

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create an item PO induction sheet
2. Select supplier with currency different then import country currency. Leave the currency rate blank
3. Uplaod into merchandising
4. Notice the exchange rate is 1 instead of the system rate
5. Recreate the same order in UI, notice the currency rate is correct
