Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
Collaborators can continue changing and submitting scoring while case is being submitted for approval. It seems the system should prohibit these actions during the approval process.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE THE ISSUE
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create and process Negotiation (Single stage).
2. Supplier responses submitted.
3. Evaluation completed by all team members and Scoring is 100% complete.
4. Supplier awarded and submitted for approval.
5. Scoring Team and scoring can be modified while award approval is in progress.
