Symptoms

On : 11.13.21.07.0 version, Setup, Rapid Impl and Security

When attempting to create a new legal entity
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
Account with the same name already exists in system. Please enter unique name


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create new Legal Entity from Manage LE UI
2. Following error is showing Account with the same name already exists in system. Please enter unique name
3. The legal entity does not exist in XLE tables.
