Error "Couldn't download - Blocked" When Clicking the Download Link for an XML Export (Doc ID 2830030.1)

When attempting to download a large scheduled XML export file by clicking the Download link in the View Scheduled Service screen, the following message occurs:

Couldn't download - Blocked


The issue can be reproduced at will using the following steps:

  1. Log into P6 Web Client
  2. Navigate to Project Scheduled Services
  3. Choose the Job or the File
  4. Click "download file"
  5. Error Couldn't download - Blocked is observed using Chrome 
  6. Error Couldn't download - Network issue using Edge
