Error: 'The System Could Not Process Your Request...' When Attempting to Update a Shell's Detail Form (Doc ID 2830134.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to edit the Project Detail from in a Shell, the following error is displaying when clicking Save:

ERROR
-----------------------
"The System could not process your request..."

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Company Workspace -> Templates -> Shells
  2. Projects -> Shell Template -> Project Details
  3. Update a field on the Detail Form.
  4. Click Save ->  Observe error message.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
----------------------------
When viewing the Shell Detail Form, the Field 'Location' = [Not Specified].
