Symptoms

Requisition is stuck in Pending Approval Status


Steps to Reproduce the Issue

Using BPM Setup
1) Created and submitted for Approval
2) First Approver (Delegated/Not delegated) approves
3) Second Approver Clicks on Edit Requisition and clicks Submit
4) Requisition gets Stuck in Pending Approval
     Document History shows Withdrawn - Applications Development Framework Application Identity for Procurement
