Department Purchase Type Field Can Be Updated In Edit Mode (Doc ID 2830325.1)

Symptoms

When a user edits a department, the purchase type field is open and allows the user to change it. According to the user guide Retail Merchandising Foundation Cloud Service 19.2 this field:
"This field is a required field. You cannot change the purchase type in edit mode."
