Product Listing Offset Not Incrementing On Scrolling Down For Infinite Scrolling

Symptoms
If you have infinite scrolling, you may notice that for a/or some particular collections, not all products are loaded upon scrolling down.
The API call "ccstoreui/v1/products?TotalResults*" does not update the OFFSET value upon scrolling down.
The expectation here is the offset keeps updating and the new batch of products should be loaded on the UI.
Changes
This issue happens only for a special case when the expanded products at a given page is an exact multiple of number of products per page.
