An Analysis With A Hierarchy Fails With: The Property Account.Sort Order Is Missing (Doc ID 2830342.1)

Symptoms

A Data Model (RPD) was developed after importing Metadata from FCCS (as per: Build and Upload a Data Model from Cloud EPM Platform) and deployed in Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC).

When an Analysis is created that includes attribute columns from a hierarchy (for example: Account Name, Period Name, Entity Name, etc.), the results are returned in a Table view as expected.

When adding the hierarchy / hierarchical column (for example: Account, Period, Entity, etc.) - which will return results in a Pivot Table view - or on adding other views to the analysis, the following errors may be encountered:

* See a pop up window with the message: The query was canceled

* See the following error is thrown: [nQSError: 43119] Query Failed: The property "Account.Sort Order" is missing from the query results
