On 11.13.21.07.0, Loyalty,

After upgrade to 21C, Clicking Create member button in Loyalty members throws 504 error or freezes the screen

Steps to Reproduce:
Home >Loyalty > Loyalty Members > Create Members Button >Click > there is slowness and errors out - A connection to the server has failed.(status=504)
