CONTRACTUAL OPT OUT Formula Is Not Picked Up By The Pensions Automatic Enrolment Process

PAE auto-enrolment assessment process to pick up the opt-out formula

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
As per (Doc ID 2006584.1) Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management (United Kingdom): Pensions Automatic Enrolment and Functional Considerations,
1. User created an opt-out formula called CONTRACTUAL OPT OUT to calculate the Opt-out end date based on company rule (e.q. 29 days from hire date);
2. The formula is attached to Legal Employer Calculation card;
3. Run the auto-enrolment assessment process, but it does not pick up the formula. Therefore, the ‘Opt out end date’ on a Calculation card in not populated.

Please advise why the current Formula is not taken by process?
