Oracle Fusion Recruiting Cloud: Error 'The Postal Code field is Required' When Candidate Adds Address in Job Application (Doc ID 2830483.1)

Symptoms

Problem Description:

While adding the address in the job application, candidate reports the following error

'The Postal Code field is Required'

 

 

Steps:

1. Go to external Career site
2. In job application page go to the Address section and select Country and fill in the state and city field
3. The Postal Code List of values has no values and error is returned
