ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

After enabling Global Search, Worker LOV stopped working.
You are receiving no results when attempting to search for a person or search for department through the quick actions like Hire an Employee, Change Assignment, etc.
You can only view an employee's record if you search via Advanced Search.
Same issue with searching for Department codes.
Issue started only after enabling Oracle search based on global search.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. My Client Groups > Employment Info
2. Search for Person
3. No results
4. Activate Advanced Search and search for same person number
Search returns person
5. My Client Groups > Hire an Employee
For Department, enter depart number but no results
Search same department name in Manage Department (classic page), you will see depart name
