How Does Product Recall Task Onhand, Inbound, Completion Task Work (Doc ID 2830559.1)

Goal

Though onhand exists for the recalled item in different subinventories but only a few subinventories have been located by the system, while inbound quantity from PO dated outside the recall period are also shown as recall, why is this happening? and completing some tasks, the details are not getting updated in Inventory management?
