BP Log Form Not Refreshed Even The Projects Changed (Doc ID 2830564.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

The BP log window not refresh and also the navigation tree once the Shell changed.
 
STEPS TO REPRODUCE

  1. Login Unifier
  2. Go to one project
  3. Open any BP in this project , for e.g, BP example 1
  4. Then , change the shell by click ">" after All Projects (or other customized shells)
  5. Select More...
  6. Change to another shell
  7. The tab updated with new shell name, but the BP log window still showing the BP records of the previous shell. The BP Log window not refreshed.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

The issue not specific to BP, any BPs can be used to replicate the issue. And it's also not specific to shell too, but it only triggered when user select the shell from "More..." option.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The BP log window should also be refreshed when user select the different shell.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see the right BP log window and navigation tree since it's still show the previous Shell BP Log and navigation tree.
