Receipts Are Not Created Via The “Create Automatic Receipts” Task (Doc ID 2830673.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Automatic Receipts are not created for open transactions. They are initially selected when the batch is created, but they are removed when the batch is approved.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the receipts to be created for the selected invoices

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Receivables, tasks, create automatic receipts
2. Create the batch :
3. Approve the batch
4. Check the creation of the receipts
5. Go to scheduled process to verify the log
