Is it possible to extract the information of GOP pegging detail?

Check availability call is performed in real time and not stored in any of the tables. Can Pegging details be obtained from the GOP server?? Below is the scenario

OM and GOP is subscribed. Sales is placed at a specific warehouse and sourcing rules are created to transfer material from other warehouses. After scheduling, GOP recommends schedule ship data as expected but they are able to view the transfer from warehouse information in the pegging information. So they are not able to retrieve the transfer from warehouse information used by the check availability call when SO scheduling happened.

When using REST API, between the time of REST API call and actual Sales Order scheduling, if the material is not available in the specific warehouse then other warehouses are displayed during the REST API call. So there is a mismatch of information when the Sales Order scheduling happened and REST call happens.
