21D: Custom Role For Self Service User Showing Null (Doc ID 2831189.1)

As part of 21D new features for Digital Customer Service application, it is possible to create new custom roles and associate to the self service users (SSU).

The following is not working:

  1. When associating custom role to the SSU, the value shows Null on SSU Page
  2. When using customerSelfServiceUsers REST API the custom role shows Null

    Steps to Reproduce:

    - Created custom role and followed the steps from
    - After associating the custom role, check the user in B2B SS User page.
