Fusion Absence Management: Negative Adjustment Not Happening (Doc ID 2831266.1)

Why Negative adjustments are throwing an error saying that the balance has exceeded the ceiling limit? When the ceiling limit is defined as 240 and currently for an employee accrual balance is 230 admin added positive adjustment of 15 days executed accrual process, it went to error as expected. When they check the balance in the details page it shows +15 day of the positive adjustment, now if admin tries to do the negative adjustment of same -15 days it is not allowing to do that and throws same ceiling limit error message.
