STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to receivables -> Billing
2.Query invoice
3.Click on View image -> error We can't open this file. The PDF file you are trying to open is corrupted
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot view /print invoice
