 In case of reuse of carton, ASNIn message fails with the below error:

 This location and carton combination is not valid or was already received.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Find one shipment in Status_Code - "C " where Carton - C1 , ASN - ASN1 ,Order_No - PO1 in "A" status.
2. Try to create a new shipment for first Order_No - PO2 with Carton - C1 and ASN - ASN2. Shipment gets created successfully.
3. Try to create a new shipment for second Order_No - PO3 with Carton - C1 and ASN - ASN2. Shipment is NOT created successfully.
