ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Incorrect Approved Changes count displayed on Overview page

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
My Changes should show same amount of approved changes as queried

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to PD
2. Click on Approved under My Changes Infotile
3. Query all approved change orders
4. Compare amount
