Fusion Goal management: ADF_FACES Error to Access Person spotlight Page from Directory to view Goal details (Doc ID 2832113.1)

Issue Replication steps:

1. Go to Directory->Search person to view Person Spotlight Page to view Goal Details Page, the ADF_FACES Error was thrown.

Alternatively, Navigated to My client Groups->Goals->Performance Goals->Selected Person to view Goal Details, the ADF_FACES Error was thrown.

As we are using Custom Role, Please let us know Functional Security Policy that is required to access Person Spotlight Page of Worker?
