Using Primavera Administration, when attempting to add Primavera Virtual Desktop application access to users, the following error occurs:
1 user failed

<TIMESTAMP> Processing User(1/1): ABC
<TIMESTAMP> Assigning Application Access failed for user ABC
<TIMESTAMP> Assigned Application Access for User: ABC
