Agent Action “Add Shipment To Shipment Group” Does Not Create New Shipment Group (Doc ID 2832336.1)

Symptoms

Agent Action “Add Shipment to Shipment Group” does not create new Shipment Group

An Agent is configured to trigger on “SHIPMENT - CREATED” and using the agent action “ADD SHIPMENT TO SHIPMENT GROUP”, with parameter “Add to existing group (If found)” = N.

At the end of this action, it is expected that the Shipment to appear in a new Shipment Group, on its own. However, no new group is created and the shipment does not appear in any group.

If we are selecting parameter “Add to existing group (If found)” = Y, the shipment is correctly added to an existing group.
