Not Able To Delete Default Members In Some Dimensions (Doc ID 2832720.1)

Symptoms

In some custom Dimensions like events Default members like no event can't be Deleted.
Per example we have 4 dimensions which have the same issue:
1. Financing Sources - Can't delete All financing Sources
2. Events - Can't delete no event
3. Item Type - No Item Type
4. Program - Total Program and all Program
