Merge Assets Screen Is Expanding Continuously When Using Arabic Language (Doc ID 2832798.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
While login with the Arabic language, when click on merge, the merge tab keeps extending all over the screen, so user is not able to submit the merge.

Note that there are no problems with merging if the login was in English language.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Merge screen should not be extending endlessly.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login with Arabic language
2. Navigate to Prepare Source line
3. Merge
