Error when using HSDL for business object Assigned Payroll

The values aren't valid for the attribute AssignmentId.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader template for Assigned Payroll Business object
2. Run the HSDL spreadsheet loader
3. Error was encountered
