Fusion Compensation: Generic :Restricting Fast Formula Validations As Per Session User Role (Doc ID 2832871.1)

Customer has a requirement in Individual Compensation Plan wherein if the employee raises the ICP request then it should show certain validations like they can't raise it for current or future month but if HR raises the same request then they should not get this validation and should be able to submit it for any month for the employees using Person Management.

Is there a way to achieve it?
Is there any database item which hold the current user session role details or which table holds this information?
Could you please share the query to get this detail?

Also, we would like to know which table holds the current session language details as well as we want to display the FF validation messages as per session language.
