NSAW: Unable To Extend Contact (Doc ID 2832944.1)

Symptoms

Unable To Extend Contact

Extending of entities works for Vendor and Customer, but not for Contact.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Log in to NSAW
2. Click Hamburger on top left corner
3. Click Console
4. Click Data Configuration
5. Click Data Augmentation
6. Click Create
7. Step 1 (Select a pillar and a source table to add a data augmentation to the warehouse.):
- Select an Augmentation Type: Extend Entity
- Source Dataset Type: CUSTOM_ATTRIBUTE
- Pillar: NetSuite Warehouse
- Source Table: ContactExtension
- Click Next
8. Step 3 (Choose attributes to add to the target table from the selected source table.):
- Target Attributes: Ensure Primary Key checkbox is marked for Attribute Name Internal ID (ID)
- Click Next
- 'You haven’t marked any column as incremental column. Not specifying the incremental column may not get new data. Do you want to continue?' click Accept Data Impact
9. Step 4 (Map Extension attributes to warehouse entities):
- Source Table: ContactExtension
- Extending Entity: Select Contact
- Column Name: Internal ID (ID)
- Primary Column: Contact_id
- Click Next
10. Step 7 (Save and schedule your Data Augmentation.):
- Note that there are no fields with asterisk (*) indicating that it is required
11. Click Finish
Actual Result:
1. 'Ensure that you specify the required values'
2. Click Extending Subject Areas field: 'No Matches Found'
