Problem Description:

Aspects of the offer letter template are not working as expected, for example:

IF clauses are not being conditional, e.g. showing text when it should be hidden
Tokens are not showing any values

When attempting to Preview Offer with the same letter, the letter never loads in the Preview Offer page.
